Why employers become LEAC members?
As a member of LEAC you are providing your staff with easy access to effective counselling. This has a direct economic benefit to employers.
Employees and their families who receive professional counselling when needed, are improving their overall sense of well-being, boosting their productivity, and building better workplace relationships with managers and within teams. All LEAC counsellors are registered with a college in psychology, social work or educational counselling.
What services are included in a membership?
Membership includes all uncapped counselling services, plus these additional services:
Recontact privileges for employees and family members
Quick response to crisis situations
Critical Incident Stress Management and Critical Incident Debriefing
Telephone consultations for managers, supervisors, coordinators and union reps
On-site grief and loss support
24 hour/7 days a week answering service
Annual reports on organizational usage

Yes, there is an annual fee for member companies.
